Southwind is pleased to announce its 2014 show and performance schedule.

Southwind Drum & Bugle Corps' 2014 program is entitled "Our Heart Beats," which refers both to the current members' efforts at the rebirth of our corps and to everybody who has ever been involved with the organization in any capacity.

The program begins as a south wind breathes new life into the heart of the corps, which immediately starts beating as the group literally comes back to life. As the pulse increases, the train for which the corps was originally named can be heard steaming down the tracks and providing the momentum for the opening production, "New Life." The second tune, "New Tricks," offers an opportunity for the percussion section and guard to contribute their own new excitement to the program. Southwind alumni, fans and supporters will recognize some of the corps' signature melodies woven into the brass score during "New and Old" as train and heartbeat motifs visually and audibly help to close out the corps' performance.

The current members and staff are proud to present the Heart of Southwind: revived, renewed, and enlivened with new blood, but derived from an established bloodline.

The Heart of Southwind truly lives Forever. Our Heart Beats!
